Kirilloff & Associates

For the past few years Kirilloff & Associates has been committed to the development of what is known in the industry as "Shadow Boats" also known as Yacht Escort Ships. Since the first Shadow Boat to our credit, M/Y Amevisuprise (ex-Lady Lola Shadow), Kirilloff & Associates has successfully designed and delivered two Shadow Boats, M/V Paladin Shadow and M/V Mystere Shadow for Capt. Stan Antrim, co-founder of Shadow Marine who now heads up Yacht Escort Ships. Both vessels were delivered in record time, flagged Marshall Islands and fully Classed by ABS. Currently Kirilloff & Associates has been commissioned by Capt. Stan Antrim of Yacht Escort Ships to design an evolved 172' Yacht Escort Ship currently being completed and named Suri which once delivered in late October will join her owner on her maiden voyage in the Pacific.

Another project underway includes the 156' sport fishing support vessel Pacific Provider. For more information our new projects see our Featured Projects section of this web site. Other exciting "on the board" projects include a 275' Yacht Escort Ship, two 205' Yacht Escort Ships and specialty vessels that will support research, security and logistics needs for the offshore industry.
